You read it right - Devoid of ethics. Thats what this company is. They charge you for the replacing the entire cable, if for some reason the cable in your building is damaged. Their logic is the following: "we provide cable for each customer, so if it is damaged they have to pay". I said to them "but its not in my control and not my fault. It should be taken as companys collateral damage as part of their infra costs". They dont agree. Said that you have to follow the process! I told him that by that logic if there is a damage in Airoli area then all Airoli customers should be charged for the repair.
I said please return my money, I dont want your service any more because Im suffering without net for the past 4 days for no fault of mine. They said - go to the local office and get the a/c closed. I told the cust rep that Im not going to waste more time on this, it seemed that the company has no value for its customers. Ill use dongles from now on. To hell with broadband here!
