I am using the service from last 3 years, till date it was fine. but recently they have changed their packages & believe you me they literately fool you.
I mostly go with high speed limited package, my current package is with speed of 50 MBPS(f*cking high .) but when I check the actual speed it never goes above 10 MBPS.
No website is responding properly, their own website is down from last month. If they keep fooling their customers like this then their days are limited. Last but not the list, customer service is always been pathetic.
