D-Vois or I-On, are plain cheats.
I have been using their 40 mbps plan for last month or so. Speeds were in the range of 3-4 mbps, which they resolved only after 2 weeks had passed. Yes, that’s how long it takes them to resolve your issue, after you threaten them and file 3-4 complaints. At one point, I had resolved to file 1 complaint a day until they replied.
Then after subscribing to their service this month, I got 0.5 days of service, and then NO internet. Yes, you pay for 40 mbps, and you get 0!
Absolutely pathetic service, no customer care, no phone number to vent your frustration. These guys are absolutely clueless about customer support, and only provide "support" when the subscription is due.
