I have raised many complaints but no response till now, infact I could track only these many, but still there are many complaint number which I could not follow up.
From 24-may-2018 onwards I have called Videocon customer 15+ times but they won’t respond or give false information and even some times they will disconnect the call in between the talk, spoke to supervisors also but they are worst.
