Very pathetic services they provide. If you are thinking about worst services, they will provide that worst service to you.
Customer Service and Excessive call - They call you for channel selection and tell them that this is free for a period and after that they charge for them as service will not stop automatically. Executive are too arrogant and cheater that they will not tell how to stop any channel or service. Call center executives are also not competent to tackle the issues in the right way.
Web portal - Their website sucks really, cheater on their self help you can only upgrade your package for downgrade you have to call their customer service.
other than that website is too heavy and unresponsive.
