Recently, I had a Very Poor experience with Videocon D2H Service, and the associated customer executive.
There are quite good number of areas, where we can point out their faults.
They Charge us for their System Glitches, and even for replacements/internal repairing.
Even after replacement of the d2h set-top box, the executive admitted that it was a Used One, that means Even On Replacement, we get a used one.
Sometimes, I found it, that Even On Payment for the entire Sports Package, some Channels are not Coming, viz Ten Sports 1. No Positive Reply from their side is got.
I believe even If The Network gets Affected by any Natural Disaster or Calamity, the customers or users are the one, they will charge for repairing.
Hence, I would sum up all by saying that To Be True, This Videocon D2H is not a Sound and Reliable Service Provider.
