I am d2h customer for 10 years. Today I added 200rs to my account and activated Sony Ten 1 channel to watch Ind vs Aus. Channel is not working and 200rs additional amount is not added to my account. Tried to reach CC for 1 hour (it always says line is busy), representative give a cool response as "can’t check your account details as our application is down. Try calling us after 30 mins." I m not able to view the match though I recharged for 200rs extra. Pathetic service by Videocon d2h. Please don’t choose this irritating dish connection.
