Worst experience ever

Very bad customer care service. People don’t respond at all. All they could do is out you call on hold and that’s it. I just had to activate the new package. Its been three days now, and haven’t heard from them yet. Never take their product. The service is way too bad. Given a chance, I would not mind throwing the product on their face.


I recharged for 470 and asked them activate the package. They said my ID is wrong. They gave two ID’s for one set up box. For what joy? Bloody hell. Worst people at call centre there. Never helped me and I can not contact them from my phone coz its been blocked by them.
