If you don’t subscribe for a pack and is not using the connection, Videocon guys will take your set top box and dish. If you need connection later, you have to start like a new user by paying Rs.1500+.
They never mention this when they call. If you go check this on their terms & conditions in website(while booking online) you can see this - https://d2honline.com/terms&conditions.php.
