I have been a customer for Videocon D2H since the past 2 years, however, I am seriously thinking of whether it was a good decision or no! Below are some of the MAJOR CONCERNS and ISSUES I am facing:
There was a "PLanned" maintenance activity done by Videocon D2H on Friday 6th March 2015. This so called "Planned" outage was NEVER communicated to customers. I am in the IT industry and have never come across a "Planned OUTAGE" other than mid nights or late nights when the usage is slow. So AMAZING PLANNING and GREAT COMMUNICATION!
There was an issue due to this planned activity and my Cable is not working since 6th March 2015 till date! So, its been 3 days since all my family is sitting without the cable working and I AM STILL PAYING for IT!
When I made the first complaint, the Customer Service initially gave me a complaint number and said that an engineer will attend on 6th March itself. I did not get any feedback from anyone on that day. The next day I called up again and the engineer told me that he would come which he did. He told me there was an issue with the lens and he would change it by evening. After that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
I am still waiting for my complaint to be attended/resolved. All the customer service does is to just provide new complaint numbers every time you call and keep on buying 8 additional hours against these new complaint numbers!
TOTALLY DISSATISFIED AND FEELING LIKE I HAVE BEEN CHEATED!
