I have been their customers for over 8 years. faced issues with a set-top box. They wanted to replace the box as the old box which was replacement was an old repaired box from some other customer. I had issues every day. Finally, they want to replace it. The technician came with a new box. New one adapter has to be purchased from them, we agreed. The shocking thing is they don’t supply remote, even if we agree to pay. we have to find a suitable remote from the market and buy. We have called the customer care and they have no clue. We are forced to shift to some other provider
