I have been their customers (Id - 30595256) since last 2 years, they started very well in service. But now I see that whenever there is a breakdown they are not interested in attending you in time. Example - my D2h went down on 13-Nov-2012 and on same day I was promised that engineer will visit me till date that has not happened.
I am calling them daily, either I get false promises or they tell me to be patient as their engineer are busy with new connections. In all this I am still paying Rs.30 per day as connection charges, though there is no connection! SIMPLY PATHETIC SERVICE AND SUPPORT...WON’T RECOMMEND VIDEOCON D2H EVEN TO MY ENEMIES!!!!
