I am using videocon d2h service for more than 2 years.the packs given by videocon d2h company is very costly and they don’t even provide lower priced packs.pictures and sound quality of channels are very bad.you can’t even differentiate between HD channels and normal channels.i recharged my videocon d2h with 500 rupees per month but don’t get the best hd channels.service and support from videocon is very bad.you have to wait for almost 30 minutes to connect with their customer care executives.and when you are connected with them, they behaves like you don’t have any problem.i don’t think videocon d2h is a value for money products.i am not recommending it to anyone for sure.
