REINSTALLATION TEAM - 110027 (pin).

The marketing and sales teams sitting in highly esteemed Noida and Gurgaon offices boast about their  high service and delivery quality of the product (D2H), would recommend to please come out of your AC cabins and check the ground reality on the FIELD.


Your customer service team sitting across the telecon also needs high training and customer handling skills, setting up a process is good but making your employer a stereotype machine is bad.


Do a reality check by calling your own customer service team ............... Making strategies of sales /Mktg/ CS  over a PPT seems easier but service execution is THE GOD of BUSINESS.


NOW TO WHAT I FACED TODAY:


After 48 hours of waiting for re-installation ( wherein they missed the  due date twice) NO ISSUES....

while installation they BROKE my Small tea table , NO ISSUE....


Now they plug in SET TOP BOX on extension directly which is switched on , as a result the SET TOP BOX gets fused which was up and running till they showed their smartness. I kept on insisting " Bhai extension off karke kam kar they said NO, this is what we do everywhere"  NO ISSUE..... after sometime they checked the Box and admitted that it was completely there fault .


Instead of all the scene, they kept on pushing me that I would have to "BUY" a new set top box which is chargeable , oohoooo , I forgot they also broke a new lamp stand during setting up the box .. they again said SORRYYY bhaiya... I still din’y mind that....NO ISSUEE...


Now some senior called trying to sell me the new HD box , where in they charge 6M advance recharge and gives the HD . Now imagine - I am a "NEW DIAMOND" customer who watches more channels , they try selling "GOLD HD " package, which would take away all the channels that are meant to be watched and would give me 9 HD channels which are of no use... literally... just because I said that I pay 300 Rs /month for recharge ... thank to INTERNET and its accessibility that I caught them red handed which I scrolled through the net..


Total RE Instatllation billing (work still not completed while I post this review) :


Reinstallation charges: Rs. 275


Tea Table: Rs. 850


Lamp Stand: Rs. 700.


I guess this proves the Tag line " DIRECT HAI (As per I can see how much I need to spend) CORRECT HAI ( As per quality of service they provide)"
