I had been using this videocon dth since 2 years. The quality is satisfactory, but anytime channel is stopped and they show an error. And when customer care is called, they send an engineer, but engineer never asks to repair the box, instead he prefers to buy their HD box, I didn’t have HD tv still he prefer to install HD box. Better to buy local set top box than this. And when I stopped using videocon dth, their customer care calls 3/4 times in a day, to recharge the videocon.
