I have been using Videocon d2h since last 2 years.Everyone loves good customer support but Videocon d2h has no customer support .Sometimes it deduct balance reduce Pack Validity after that if you call customer care then they don’t know what to do and asked 2 days to resolve your problem but no one knows when that days will come.Picture quality is not good.Setup box also get restarted automatically .If it is little cloudy the signal go away.
Cons: Picture quality is not good, Unwanted balance deduction, Bad customer support, No signal if it it little cloudy .
