I have taken a videocon d2h connection. The service provided by them has been very poor.You end up without tv for many days at time and they collect charges for all flimsy reasons
Please do not take videocon d2h worst service they carried out software upgrade which was not happening on my stb. Instead for rectifying defect they replaced with an old stb which became defective in half an hour.
