The moment my guarantee period got over my videocon d2h stopped they said they will send thier Engineer but we have to pay 200 as service charges.
This is a fraud.
this is a more corruption and cheating
way pay you huge rent of approx 900 per month you are liable to give me service.
videocon d2h doesn’t work in rainy season so please dont buy one it will be a huge loss for you.
videocon service is worst in the world .
I have had to call the service team sveral team over the past few weeks to fix various issues- not a good product to be sold on-line.
