I had taken Videocon d2h Digital DTH Service and I am using it since an year. I am using Gold pack which includes channels in a limited number. But I was fine with it.
Last month, some of the channels are unaddressed suddenly. I called to their customer service support member and I reported that some of the channels are not coming. They said that I have to pay some Rs 20-25/- per channel and I was little shocked.
As I am already paying an amount of money, why I should pay again for one channel itself. They didn’t responded well for my question and said it was the plans now which were changed without any prior information to me.
I just said good bye to Videocon d2h service. If u are able to charge money per channel for your favourites, then only go for it. Otherwise you can get better DTH services from others at good cost.
