Eight days ... issue not yet resolved ..!!!

My Videocon D2H Customer ID - 121027822. We have been using this D2H service for almost 2 years now. My D2H service stopped working with the signal problem after the storm on 20th of this month. Till now I have contacted the Customer Care number 073558 73558 multiple times. I have even written to their customer care email id Customercare@d2h.com.  In their email response 4 days back they told’we have asked our Hyderabad area service head to get the complaint attended on top priority to your utmost satisfaction. Please be assured that our engineer will visit you as soon as possible.’ But no one is visited my home to address the issue even after 4 days of their response.


In their email response they have attached a document with all applicable charges.

Looks like they are charging for everything in addition to all the costly package costs. As the D2H packages are very costly, I wonder why the D2H companies can’t provide free basic services like the ISP and Cable TV operators are providing.


Not sure how many more days they need to address our issue .!
