All was fine until I raised a complaint with Videocon d2h on 5th May.There was no signal on my dish due to rain and raised a complaint.I got a call on 6th saying sir we will be there at 530 and I was there by 533 and when I called the person he just left and said I am late.I again raised complaint on 6th and the CC said they will solve the issue by 8 working hours.
Till 9th of may 2015 I waited and nothing happened.Again on 9th it was promised 8 working hours.Untill 12th May there was no one to resolve.Today when I called the customer care acted as if I was on mistake side and started claiming our technicians came multiple times but you werent there and so on.Finally he tells me sir I will raise a new complaint for you.Untill now there’s no response. I am fed up with this and ecommerce all of you to never ever take it.
