I have a Videocon D2h and have been facing issues since past 1 week, have already registered a complain with them 1 week back and till now haven’t have a visit from them to solve the problem.
The most pathetic service I have seen - the person who was supposed to come was also asked to do a visit but still no benefit.
The set top box which is in warranty period gets a blue screen stating no signal from time to time.
Would recommend that no one should go for VIDECON D2h which has such a pathetic service.
