I was thinking to take up a DTH connection for sometime... at last zeroed on Videocon mainly after reading the reviews here. I must say , its a great product and pretty easy to install. I have taken the diamond pack for 275 per month with 2 months free usage.
Pretty economical. I heard the customer service is not very good ... but I am yet to call them. And I think the best customer service is when you don’t need to call.
Extremely easy to use, they installed within 24 hrs of me calling them and only one remote makes it pretty easy to use. Have an interesting demo which runs every 30 mins.
Overall a very happy consumer !
