Videocon d2h don’t deserve even 1 star. Their service is extremely bad. They have lot of problems with their customer care. Their customer service representatives don’t have enough knowledge about their plans and services. They never answer our calls quickly. After calling for 2-3 days they answer it. Other customers service can’t cut the call if we are talking with them but when these people don’t have any answer, they cut the call immediately.
