No proper Customer care

I had been using D2H from past 15 years. Recently from last 2 years, the service is the worst level. Their website in which we create the account will never allow me to activate our required channel. Always a technical problem. Customer care line always busy. No proper response for email. Horrible service. SET-TOP box features are not user-friendly. Their web portal is the worst service. I am no longer continuing as a customer.
