Worst service I ever seen.
I was having two connections(STB) of Videocon which I have closed after using it for a year because device given was faulty & require repair every now & then and every time I need to pay service charges. Another Set top box crashes every week hence I got it replaced but service provider given me second hand STB which again started crashing after couple of months & again I paid service charges.
Lastly I can say Pathetic service provider.
I’ll never recommend Videocon DTH to any one.
If you still want to buy then go for it on your won risk of loosing money to service centers.
