Very bad service.money looters

I have called customer service today to complaint about my channels shuffling problem. I am getting other language channels in some tamil channels. and not getting many tamil channels eventhough I have  sufficient  balance in the account. I am getting udaya movies in polimer channel in hd quality. I have asked the reason for that. but they are saying to pay 200 rs for the technician to sortout the problem. I didnot move or done anything with the set top box . I was getting messages in middle of watching tv like, they are upgrading their network and channels so that please switch off for one hour to solve all issues, after waiting for three days only I called to solve the issue, but they are asking 200 rs for taking my complaint. I asked the reason for channels shuffling and not getting some free channels  but they are not telling anything about that. How can I pay money for their network problem? they are not really care about the customer problem and not ready to tell the reason  for the problem which we are getting.but talking only about the money we need pay.
