I had subscribed to Videocon D2H 8 months back and before it could complete 1 year there was a revision in the monthly prices. I had taken South Platinum which was Rs 375 per month but now it cost you Rs 395.51 [an extra addition of Rs 20.51 per month = Rs 246.12 per year]. Not only this, your extra expenses doesn’t ends here now they are also charging Rs.10 extra per month if u dont end up re- charging on time/due date i.e Rs.10 x 12 months = Rs 120. So just think apart from regular monthly charges u need to pay u are also charged with additional pennies. So this is the real gimmicks of Videocon Services.
If one videocon customer pays additional 246.12 + 120 = Rs.366.12 per year then think about other videocon unfortunate customers so how much profit they would be making by this unprofessional gimmicks. To understand about this gimmiks - Just think how a cable operator cud force us to recharge the account on time, if we are not recharging then we dont get the services then its our individual wish or choice when we need service to get active when we need it so how can videocon has rights to deduct Rs.10 from our pocket if we dont recharge on time. That’s called pathetic company regulations, Videocon d2H is not like telecom providers who cud charge if one doesn’t pay postpaid bills on time. Here if we want to get entertained then we will pay for it ourselves to get the services, if dont then we dont need your services.
SO MY SINCERE REQUEST PLEASE DON’T SUBSCRIBE TO VIDEOCON AND END UP PILING UP YOUR MONTHLY EXPENSES.
