Very Disappointed With their After Sales Service

These guys don’t care for you once you have purchased their product. Even if you have paid for HD Platinum(their highest package) for a year, and within this duration, it were to rain and all the channels vanish (Poof- No Signal), and you call up the customer care, this is their standard reaction

  1. Engineer will visit you tomorrow.

  2. You need to pay 150/- fixed charges (Why I don’t understand this thing. Why 150 rupees for a malfunctioning connection)?

If you say, pls disconnect, I do not want this connection at all, pls refund, then they say " NO REFUND. Keep the equipment and set-top box. its yours for good."


Wow, I mean, is this Videocon really. I don’t see these disclaimers on their website. These guys are really really funny.
