Videocan is run by a bunch of Baboons .
the service is just horrible, the costumer service, people are all uneducated people, they do not understand one bit on what we say .
you should trust me, I have paidup for 1 full year on HD, and now it is 6 months, I may not have watched continuesly more then 2 months, and for the rest of the time, this is not working due to their Box or their connection .
I money has no value for this guys,
the harden money, you pay and this guys breed on them .
with life buys running, and some old people at home, they only have the recreation is this TV, which most of the time not working .
I sincerely, advice you guys not to take this connection, you will regret for this .
you can’t reach out to anyone to complaint as well, as the so called supervisor, are thought to give a standard answer of, we will get back and solve this at the earliest . But nothing happens .
DONT, DONT, DONT, please take the Videocon connection .
