Very Poor Technical Services

I have installed Videocon d2h on 3rd of June 2013. from the very next I got problem in operating remote. Remote control of the same does not worked properly. Their executive came change the set top box on the 14th June. After 2 days my set top get automatically restarting itself & on 18th June set top box goes out of order. On very same day on my complaint their executive again change the set top box & said that it will be activated within 2 hours but up till 19th June it is not activated.


I again made complaint for the same & now they are telling to again change the set top box. they are proving me the set top for free as it is in warranty period but now I want to return it them want my full amount as refund because it is difficult for me to launch complaints again & again for their extremely poor technical services & also to be available at home at the time of their executives visit. It has some indirect cost to be present at home all the time & making complaints again & again.
