Terrible experience with the customer care. Cannot understand any request or complaint which is not in their template.


Asked to disconnect one of the two connection they asked for a few days to process the request and insist on deducting the subscription for the period that it takes them to process. Earlier experiences have been awful. My recommendation is to avoid them.
