Worst Service for LOYAL customer

Good day to you.


My customer ID is 12711548 im one of the loyal customer of Videocond2h for past 5 years but now im very ashamed my self to be part of it, today 02-04-2018 around 10.15 am I have done my recharge for videocond2h via your own company website for south silver sports package it cost about 3540 round about for a year, since from my purchase of this d2h I used to do for yearly packages only, so after recharging I have checked my account there is no change in recharge its reflect zero rupee,


I have contact with your customer care for this they informed some technical issue will be there it will resolved in 36 hrs, so till that time I will not have d2h connection so they recommended for 36 hrs loan option after crediting this recharge amount it will debit automatically like this they informed,


My question:


1) why I should pay for the three days since it is a your issue.


2) Being a loyal customer of your d2h it is the way you deal with customer


3) Useless customer service from videocond2h


4) I want my entire amount should be refunded i’ll go to sun network.
