I am using Videocon DTH from last 1.5 year but my experience was good in warranty period after warranty period the service became very bad.
The picture quality and sound quality are fine only in normal whether I’d there is a little bit of rain then the entire picture and sound quality is gone.
The charges for almost everything no channel ID free even their own local channel ID movies and songs are paid so the billing amount is very high.
Buggy the worst part is service after warranty my half channels were not working at all for whom I have paid the money when I called them they said the engineers need to visit so they will charge me 200, but half of the channel were working so I I schools them they resolve issue without taking any money. But think fir those who has paid the money for this they are cheating us.
