I fed up with this kind of bad service from service engineer of Videocon he every time lie that SD set up box price of Rs.400/- is not available at this time if you want you can get HD set up box with price of Rs.1200/- today it self I can replace but when I told no I want SD BOX Rs.400/- suddenly he starts to lie that it’s not in STOCK wait for 1 Week and still after 10 day’s also I dont get SD SETBOX . the QUESTION is How he has HD SETUPBOX and his ready to Replace within 1 Hour and no back up for SD SETBOX.
.I Really Disappointed of this kind of Service from VIDEOCON Service Engineer .NO SOCK since 10 days .now I must Take Serious ACTION on this.?
