Pathetic customer service.Customer ID: 82132942.Prod: HD DVR. Price: 6500 Rs . No installation done even after promised "24-48 hrs Assured Delivery and Installation." Charged enormous 2500 Rs for installation and activation, but no installation being done. VIDECON D2H CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS!
Refund the money!
Customer care guys keep telling the "Engineer aa jayega. Keep waiting" . No installation done. Called up the customer care number, they directed me to 02242000555 number saying they deal with online orders. One guy "Karthik" keeps telling "Trust me.Installation will be done today" . I have been hearing this for long time. Don’t torture customers even before they start using your service. First install the device . Your customer care can torture after that. Please refund the money.There are other service providers who will atleast activate the device.
