Im having VEDIOCON d2h connection, Customer ID: 30595256 . It raised to a technical error and to be attended by the Engineer. Complaints has been lodged with customer service on 13.11.2012 . But, no one neither contacted nor visited inspite daily reminders till date and an excuse has always been given that all the Engineers are busy with new HD connections. The Area Manager has also been contacted, but, failed to get any positive result.
