I just got relocated to Hyderabad. I have raised a request for relocation with the customer care on 7th Sept, they sent a technician Laxman to install the antenna but this guy dont even know how to grill mount the antenna and he was not even having nut-bolts with him, later he came with one more technician Giridhar who asked me to pay 125/- for these nut-bolts. I feel its a part of installation, when videocon is charging 200/- for relocation then they should provide everything related to installation. I got the installation done by some other mean and now I am facing another issue of channel mismatch.
I have calling to customer care from past two days they provide me with some request id and later when I again call them, they say no complaint has been logged in regarding to this. Previously I was satisfied with the service but after relocation to Hyderabad I found Hyderabad service is too bad and the customer care and technicians are not cooperative and misbehaving.
