Hopeless product& service.
The dish shakes even if there is a little wind / rain& your service will be off. You can not do anything but to call a service engineer& pay Rs.250+taxes. All the service engineers are chor& will tell that they have replaced some part& will ask for additional Rs.500- 2000 which you have to pay. Since the dish is up on your terrace& you can’t really make out what they did.
You can not avoid but pay for a visit guaranteed once a month at least.
For God’s sake, choose other DTH providers even cable operators, but not VideoconD2H.
