I have been using videocon d2h since 3 years. I have no problem but I face only one problem when rain comes is signal not come. Good picture quality. Sound quality also good. It give time to time cashback ad like recharge on paytm , mobikwik get 15% cashback. I received all the time casback. Customer service also very good recently I faced. some problem I called customer care they gave best suggestion and send their technical person on same day. I am happy with it. It charges also less compare to other.
