One of the worst customer service I have come across. I have lodged a complaint on 3rd Oct but no revert till 21 St Oct. This is when they have charged you twice for relocation.
Again after todays call and a wait if over 29 minutes, they disconnect it.
In nutshell, if you have an issue do not expect a resolution.
There is a reason why some companies go bankrupt. The unprofessionals should fail.
I request that mouthshut allows us to upload teleconversation for others to evaluate the level of unprofessionalism this company has.
