I cannot even begin to explain how much I want people to avoid buying Videocon d2h connections. Worse than third class customer care, they have no skill to solve any issues, and Every single person that I spoke to was incompetent, uneducated and useless.
Their so-called "engineer" came to resolve our signal issues, which he couldn’t fix, instead he ruined our new remote and left with more damage than help. Now that the remote isn’t working, I called the customer care again, only to be informed I will be charged for a new remote(our set top box is only a month old and is under warranty!) spent 650/- Rs. For the monthly recharge and haven’t gotten one day worth of uninterrupted signal. Have called Videocon d2h customer care at least 10 to 12 times. With no help whatsoever. I urge everyone to read this and not waste your precious money on such a disgusting and horrendous set top box. There are other, infinitely better options in the market. I’m switching ASAP.
