In my D2H setup box I am getting electric shock from the body. I got answer from service station, that it come from the satellite and it is normal 110 V. It is happens with each customers. Also the customer care is very much busy.
It need half an hour to get them. Also I have bad experience during installation, workmanship was bad and improper documentation. Also the remote operation need to be seat exact in the front line to the set up box, otherwise it can not be operate.
