I have registered the complaint for re-installation, but none of the customer care executives came for about a week. I have escalated the complaint so many times, but everytime I escalate they will be saying, it will be resolved in 24 hrs and they will send a message of the customer care executive who will be resolving our complaint, if you call that number, no one will attend the call. Dont know whether its a fake number. I got frustrated by calling them everyday and escalating the complaint to the new supervisor and then I went to the all brand service company to install the D2H, they charged around half of the new connection.
To test for the response of new connection, we had just registered for the new connection, we kept on getting calls from the customer care and asking for the address and he came to my home within a day. Only if its a new install, the customer care executive will come. They just dont care about the existing customers complaint.
Please make a note on the Homepage channel, the customer care is only for the new customers and no complaints will be resolved for the existing customer.
