HI All,

My father had got Tata Sky (TS) when we shifted to our new office. Initially we were happy that there no necessity to deal with a cable guy, picture quality was always good and all the good things about having a d2h service.

But hey this is not about TS...This is about Videocon d2h (Vd2h). I installed a plasma in my bedroom and wanted to play some DIXV movies on it. So instead of buying a divx player I bought a videocon d2h dvd player which had provision to play DIVX videos through pen drive. the basic installation was cheaper than buying a DVD player....Plus I got 3 month subscription free.  :) :)

@ Point to note here : My hall has TS and my bedroom has Vd2h....So which one do I prefer ? ? ?

Videocon d2h beats TS hands down : Here’s why

1. Vd2h is way cheaper than TS

   
   




2. In same or less monthly recharge you get to see more channels

   
   




3. While you have to pay for movies on TS; there are few movies which run free of cost on Vd2h

   
   




4. Even when you are not using your satellite TV you can use the set top box as DVD player to see movies

   
   




5. When you have slight / heavy rain....TS stops the reception immediately....while my Vd2h in next room is still playing smooth.
