I have been using videocon for more then 3 years and in these years I didn’t faced a lot of problem regarding service. There are some technical issues over the period of time which can be solved by local repairman. Customer response is good.
Every time I called their is customar representative to pick the call. Onecthing I must mention picture quality could be more better as it is provided today.
