I have purchased Videocon DDB of 50 inches(Android LED TV)
They offered me a 1 year free services as I had purchased their TV worth INR 50, 000
I bought it on 10 June 2016 and the Engineer who set up the dish and all was not available he said he
was busy and will visit me soon . He do came in July 2nd, he installed the dish and I was able to see the channels . My services were disconnected in JAN 2017 I called customer care they told me I dont have enough balance in my account. I asked them to discontinue me as a customer. They had taken request in march but nothing happened hence I called up Nodal officer of Pune and explained hi he scenario. He assured me that I have funds in my account and he will help me out. She resumed my services after 1 month of disconnection. Now in May 2017 again my services are disconnected I called up customer care they replied me I dont have enough balance I told them I have 1 year service .their answer was services are over now on your account I told but I have not used it more than 10 months. The customer care person replies " ITS NOT OUR FAULT". But when you people didnt served me why I should count that in my services. He says the day you bought product the services were activated. The senior customer officer abused me saying(i am a begger). This people just want to earn money.
They do not have signal in monsoon.
They just want you to pay them tons of money and dont ask for anything in return.
The worst service . I would say video con cannot give good service nor they can train people well who can help their customers.
