I have ordered for Videocon D2H in the on 7th Feb2016 and I have been promised for the installation on very next day i.e. 8th Feb 2016. So called "Engineer" called at 10AM and asked for my address to install. I explained the add and he told he will come in "FEW" minutes. Just for his "FEW MINUTES" I waited till 1.30PM at my house which is of no use.I called him at 2PM, he told he wont be able to come as he is very buzy. I thought there might be some case so asked him to come next day(9th Feb).
Next day same guy called at 10.45AM and asked the add and same thing repeated.He asked me to wait till 12.30Pm and I did .Waited till 1PM of no use, when I called him he rudely said"I am busy can’t come now, call me tomorrow".I got so pissed off that given complaint to customer care.They told they registered the complain and the case will be registered against him and the installation will be done within 8 working hours, which 3.16PM of 9th Feb2016.
Leaving all my works of offices and others I was waiting like a fool till 3.16PM on 10th and that day not a single call came from any "engineers". Now these ass*(customer care) they make to talk to their Supervisor Pradeep who apologized and PROMISED me that IT will be done by 11AM on 11th Feb2016 and he also registered "HIGH PRIOIRITY" escalation for the case.
Today is 11th Feb2016 and its 4.38PM and still I didn’t get any connection for the same.
These idiots will need money from us and then in the name of installation they will create pain in our arse.
They should be sued for wasting my 2 valuable days time and given "False Promises". Untrustworthy, Liars, Lame Excuses.
Never ever go for this painful Videocon. I will go for other connection now. Cant tolerate these Ass* anymore. and this is gonna be going on the consumer forum too.
