Hi Friends, Am Ashok kumar from Chennai Anakaputhur & Also Helpless customer of Videocon D2H.I have placed Complaint on 1.11.2012 at 10 Am thru mobile but received Acknowledgement SMS from their customer care at 11.30 Pm (1.11.12)mentioning the customer complain NO:138425723).
After few hours at 1.30 AM (2.11.2012) I received a SMS saying my complaint is resolved successfully.These people close the complaint without attending the complaint to shown they act promptly for customer complaint but actually they are NOT.
When I called the customer service next day regarding the complain they say that "your complain is resolved & if you want I will take a fresh complaint & will be attended in next 24 hrs again.But when I said the previous complaint was not attended, they did not responded properly.When I asked the customer care officer to connect to their superior they put me in hold for 15 mins & finally they CUT DOWN the Call.Finally customer is beep beep beep.
Customer care Number is not toll free(Toll free number-186088101) you provide is again a fake one If we call they divert us to this Chargeable number-090820999 but dont resolve our issues)
