Take a look at the package they offer and you’ll definitely fall for it. CAREFUL! All that seems well is not well. Here in Goa it rains for almost 10 - 12 hrs a day on an average during monsoons, especially during evenings and nights(the prime time). I’ve been using d2h since April now. Initially things went smooth, but with the monsoons came the dreaded "Technical Error" due to weak/broken signals. Almost half the subscription amount till date has been spent for this error message. I’ve called the customer care numerous times.
Some of instances when I asked for explanation for such a PATHETIC and DISGUSTING service:
when asked for the reason I got: "it is some issue at our(service provider) end and our technicians are working on it"(now almost since 3 months)
when asked how long it would take to resolve the problem: they usually never had an answer, but one wise guy did tell me "it would be resolved in 10 mins sir"(and it did . just that the reason was different, it had stopped raining by then)
I was once surprised(rather shocked) when the attendant I was talking to calmly requested me to discontinue the service for their inability to fix the problem when I told him it was a complete waste of money: "sir please suspend your service till we fix the problem, that way you won’t have to pay"(how ingenious)
With such an experience I don’t dare to recommend it to others. Especially, if you live in a place where there are seasonal monsoons you’ll regret it. STRICT NO NO!
